Week 2 has come and gone. I've started reviewing the current advertising agency, and I don't really feel that they're up to par. As a result, I've arranged for two other agencies that I know of to give their pitches, one agency is competent, and the other is cheap. The plan is to have the more expensive agency handle the delicate matters while the cheaper agency gets the dirty work done.
By and large, I think they're happy with my performance so far. Hopefully though, that they're thinking what I'm thinking about myself - I'm such a champion! :D But that remains to be seen, I was just wondering though, won't there be a point where I run out of ideas and initiatives and everything starts to become routine?
I guess there will be, but hopefully, I'll recognize the signs myself and act to change it. My career goal for the next 12 months? to receive two pay increments and a promotion, though I'm not sure what they'll promote me to! haha.
